All prices are gross prices (including VAT). For bookings made before January 31 we guarantee availability of rooms for the participants. The organizing committee asks that you make a reservation as soon as possible, because number of rooms is limited and the hotel is attractive for tourists. The prepayment is equal to charge for one day. Reservation is valid for 12 AM and can be withdrawn for 6 PM in the previous day. The prepayment will not be refunded after this term.
