Waves scattering by a fractal surface is considered. Ray chaos in the case of waves propagation in inhomogeneous underwater waveguides is discussed. Results of investigation of multifractal characteristics of flow noise, cavitation noise (acoustic turbulence) and the noise emitted by elastic structures are given.
